Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply when you visit or use Typing 24/7, including its typing practice, account, progress, and subscription features. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use paid features.

1. The service

Typing 24/7 provides typing practice passages, timed exercises, practice results, and progress tools. The service is for practice and learning. It does not guarantee a particular typing speed, examination result, selection, or qualification.

Features may differ between free and paid plans. Current features, prices, duration, and any temporary offer will be shown on the subscription page before payment. Plans are prepaid for the displayed duration and do not renew automatically.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate account details, keep your password secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or upload content that is unlawful or infringes another person's rights. You are responsible for having permission to use passages you add. We may suspend or restrict access for security, legal, or service-protection reasons.

3. User passages and practice data

You retain responsibility for passages you submit. You give us permission to store and display them to you as needed to provide the service. Do not submit confidential information or material you are not entitled to use.

Practice history and personal passages may be retained for up to one year, as described by the service. Account and billing records may be retained for longer where needed for security, accounting, dispute handling, or legal compliance.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Subscription prices and duration are displayed before checkout. Payments are processed through the payment provider shown at checkout. A subscription is activated after payment is confirmed by the provider and our service. Do not share full card, bank, or payment credentials with us.

Paid features are available for the plan period shown at purchase. Unless expressly shown otherwise before checkout, subscriptions do not automatically renew. Expired subscriptions return to the free plan's available features.

5. Cancellation and refund policy

Subscriptions are prepaid for a fixed term and do not renew automatically. You may stop using the service at any time. If you stop using or choose to end a plan after purchase, unused time is not refunded and the plan fee is not prorated. This policy does not limit any right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. If your payment is duplicated or mistaken, your subscription is not activated after payment, or the service is not provided as described, contact support so we can investigate and provide any correction or remedy required by law.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Typing 24/7 available, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, security, or circumstances outside our control. We may change or discontinue features. We will not use this clause to remove rights that applicable law gives you.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided for practice and is not a substitute for official examination instructions. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, and how you can contact us about a privacy request.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are subject to applicable laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the forums or authorities having jurisdiction under applicable law.
